FLL is a robotics platform tailored to young minds made up of beautifully crafted legos. At Robolabs, we teach FLL in an interactive and dynamic way. Students learn important science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) concepts in every class through professionally crafted lessons consisting of research, design, and coding. Students also learn about the engineering process, proper documentation, and principles of design.

Battle Robots Classes
Action-packed, hands-on robotics classes for students in kindergarten through 7th grade.

Battle Robots is a fun and exciting introduction to the world of robotics and engineering. At Robolabs, students design, build, test, and battle their own robots in a safe, immersive environment. Through friendly head-to-head competitions, students learn how mechanical design choices affect a robot’s speed, strength, durability, and performance.
Designed to be a great starting point for a student’s robotics journey, Battle Robots combines hands-on engineering with creativity, strategy, and friendly competition. Students learn by building, experimenting, improving their designs, and putting their ideas to the test in the battle arena.
No prior robotics experience is required.

Robolabs offers three robotics programs at each center: VEX IQ, FIRST LEGO League (FLL), and VEX V5. Each program is designed to introduce and deepen students' understanding of mechanical design, engineering principles, and programming.
VEX IQ: Ideal for elementary and middle school students. Emphasizes foundational building and introduces students to robotics hardware and programming through engaging hands-on activities.
FLL: Also for elementary and middle school students. Focuses on software and coding through a user-friendly programming environment.
VEX V5: Designed for middle and high school students using metal parts and advanced hardware. Encourages deeper exploration into mechanical systems, sensors, and competition-grade robotics skills.

Monthly Tuition: $350 (includes one weekly class session)
For competition students:

To join a VEX IQ competition team, students must complete:One full year of core robotics training at Robolabs
65+ robotics worksheets
Robot Workbooks at four levels: Easy, Medium, Hard, and Very Hard
VRC
All new VRC students begin with a ~3-month training period where they:Build and program two individual robots (teleoperated + autonomous)
Learn best practices in mechanical design and coding
Once training is complete, students progress to more advanced roles within their team, focusing on competition robot development.
